I squeezed in my 7 miler today at 'lunch', although it was stretching my lunch hour just a bit. I covered 7 miles in about 1:06, 9:33 average pace says Garmin.
And when I downloaded to Nike+, I was rewarded with this.....

Is that special or what? I bet I have another 50-75 miles in runs that I wasn't able to log due to technical difficulties. I do enjoy the kudos from Lance and Paula tho. :-)
